Partner Sites

If the Partners feature is enabled and you have been granted access to a partner's Access Unify | Lifecycle site, you can sign into their site directly from Access Unify | Lifecycle.

 

You have the same user role and permissions on the partner site that you have on your own Access Unify | Lifecycle site. For example, if you have administrator access on your Access Unify | Lifecycle site, you also have administrator access on the partner site. If you have read-only access on your Access Unify | Lifecycle site, you would only have read-only access on the partner site.

  1. Sign into your Access Unify | Lifecycle site.
  2. Click the menu to the right of your user name.
  3. The Log Into Partner page displays. Select the partner and click Submit. Access Unify | Lifecycle logs you into the partner site.

 

When you are logged into a partner Access Unify | Lifecycle site that has the language override feature enabled, you can view the partner site's custom tab, column, and field caption names. For example, instead of displaying the default caption name Content Types, the partner site could display Business Records throughout the application.

 

  1. Click the globe button (Toggle Partner's Language) to the left of your user name. The partner site displays the custom caption names.

  2. Click the globe button again to display the same caption names on the partner site that display on your organization's site.
